Staff at an advice centre in Derry have accused local councillors of seeking to sow division between advice providers.
This follows the recent news that two out of the three government-funded advice centres in Derry are facing a reduction in their annual funding.
Advice NW and the Resource Centre in Derry (RCD), which is based in Carnhill, are to lose £24,000 and £11,000 respectively from their annual budgets if the funding cuts are implemented.

Derry charity worker Micky Doherty has been recognised for all his efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.
The popular entertainer has been at the forefront of local efforts in helping vulnerable people during the crisis.
Micky was invited to the Guildhall this week by Mayor Brian Tierney where he was presented with a special gift to recognise his work during the pandemic.
It is the latest award for the local man.

Three individuals who attended a Black Lives Matter protest in Derry are living with the threat of prosecution hanging over their heads almost one year on.
Following the murder of black American man George Floyd on May 25, 2020, people around the world took to the streets in protest.
An ‘anti-racist’ rally was organised at Guildhall Square on June 6.
On the day local police officers issued 57 fines for breaches of the Coronavirus Health Protection Regulations.
Individuals were also told that they could face prosecution.
New twist in row between staff and management at Derry community centre

A dispute between employees and the management committee at a Derry community centre has taken a new twist.
The Derry News last week revealed that ten members of staff at Rosemount Resource Centre (RRC) have signed a letter of ‘no confidence’ in the management committee.
The letter was sent to Derry City & Strabane District Council and circulated amongst councillors.
It has now emerged that the RRC management committee have sent a letter to the local council claiming that serious allegations made by staff in the letter are defamatory.
