Devon covid victim trapped in Mexico By Radio Exe News £100,000 needed to save his life
A Devon man is fighting for his life in a hospital in Mexico after becoming seriously ill with coronavirus on a business trip.
Terry Mills, now a showbiz agent based in London, was in the beach resort of Cancun when the disease hit. Once hospitalised, his condition worsened to the point where he needs to be put into a coma and placed on a mechanical ventilator to breathe for him.
Friends of Mr Mills, who is 38, have been told his insurance only cover the first 24 hours of care, but £100,000 is needed to save his life and get him back to the UK.

The man that police officers believe is responsible for a fatal early-morning shooting on Christmas Eve is now behind bars.
Terry Mills, a 35-year-old Manteca man, was arrested on Monday for the shooting death of 47-year-old Ripon resident Robert Thompson shortly after 1 a.m. on Christmas Eve morning.
According to the Manteca Police Department, Thompson was at a home on the 100 block of N. Walnut Ave. when he was shot. When officers arrived, they discovered Thompson suffering from a single gunshot wound and he was promptly transported to a local trauma center where he succumbed to his injuries.
