Plans for a major production facility in Nottingham earmarked to be occupied by Vision Express have been submitted.
Land at Fairham Business Park has been set aside for the proposed scheme which would see a 101,836 sq ft building constructed.
The plans have been submitted to Rushcliffe Borough Council by Derbyshire-based Clowes Developments on behalf optical group GrandVision.
If backed, Vision Express would relocate its Nottingham headquarters to the site.
The application is being brought forward as part of the wider masterplan for the £800m Fairham development being delivered by a joint venture between Clowes Developments and Homes England.
