The 24-year-old is the most high-profile player in the league, but after a hot and cold 2021 season her worth to Carlton has been put under the microscope.
The Herald Sun reported Wednesday night, Harris is asking for the club to double her salary as a result of her star power. However, the report claims the club has started negotiations with Harris manager Alex Saundry, but there are no signs of the stand-off being reconciled.

Harris is asking for about $150,000 to play in the 2022 season, which would make her one of the highest-paid players in the sport. She is a Tier 2 player which means she is paid about $25,000 to play football and the remainder would come from marketing and employment roles at the club.
