The incident reportedly occurred near the Zone of Special Operations (ZOZO) headquarters in the community.
Reports from the Denham Town police are that about 8:45 pm, the now injured men were among patrons at an illegal party, when they were pounced upon by two men travelling on a motorcycle.
The assailants opened fire, hitting the six men.
The police were alerted and the injured persons were taken to hospital, where four were treated and releases and two were admitted for treatment.
The other party patrons escaped unhurt.

Eight owners of microenterprises in Denham Town, West Kingston have received equipment with a combined value of $2.8 million towards improving their businesses.
The support was provided under the Enterprise Development Project that is being implemented by the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) under the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) Phase 2.
