Police in Denver have now arrested two people in connection with the death of Gianna Rosales. The medical examiner said blunt force injuries were the cause of her death.  Gianna was rushed to Denver Health on Aug. 3, 2020, and died the next day, Denver Police Department (DPD) said. Gianna would have turned one-year-old on Oct. 25, 2020. Jolene Beyer-LaCrue, 19, was arrested by DPD Thursday night for investigation of child abuse resulting in death. LaCrue s boyfriend, Cain Gallardo, 21, was arrested on May 4, DPD said. Gallardo has been charged with two counts of child abuse resulting in death, the Denver District Attorney s Office said.
