However, a new Eastern bypass  will benefit rural areas around the region and is the commonsense solution by taking traffic out of both the I-71 and I-75 corridors while boosting the economies of the outer reaches of Cincinnati for decades to come. I remember the rural areas of Cincinnati prior to the construction of I-275. Milford, my hometown – for one of many examples – and Loveland, it s neighbor, have benefited greatly by the diverting of traffic around Cincinnati.
