NASHVILLE â State Senators Art Swann, R-Maryville, and Steve Southerland, R-Morristown, along with State Representatives Dale Carr, R-Sevierville, and Andrew Farmer, R-Sevierville, announced today that Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts will receive a $78,000 art grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission.
âWe are very pleased to announce this significant grant to support the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts,â said Swann, Southerland, Carr and Farmer in a joint statement. âThis investment will help cultivate the arts in Sevier County which benefits all of us through quality of life, economic development, tourism, and providing a more balanced education for our children.â
