Northern Ireland Agriculture Minister Edwin Poots and Stormont Agriculture Committee chairman Declan McAleer are understood to have been approached to speak at the 2021 event.
Ballycastle beef and sheep farmer Victor Chesnutt is also set to lay out his plans for his final year at the helm of the organisation. Chestnutt took on the role at last year’s drive-in event after four years as deputy president.
Changes to the organisation’s voting rules are also expected to come up in discussions. Earlier this year, the UFU confirmed it was reviewing changes to its election procedures following requests from some members last year.

DUP mayor Peter Johnston and chief executive Anne Donaghy gave evidence to a Stormont committee on Thursday.
They denied the withdrawal had been a political decision and said it was in the interest of staff safety.
Mr Johnston said the council had been vindicated and would take the same decision in similar circumstances.
Workers were stood down at Larne Port on 1 February after the appearance of threatening graffiti the previous month.
There were also allegations of the number plates of staff vehicles being recorded and negative social media commentary.
Stormont Infrastructure Minister Nicola Mallon has said despite further legal delays, the A5 upgrade could still be finished by 2028.
Responding to an Assembly Adjournment Debate moved by West Tyrone MLA Declan McAleer, Ms Mallon said the further consultations and reviews sought by the Planning Appeals Commission can be completed by the end of next year, with construction getting underway in 2023.
Ulster Unionist MLA Roy Beggs suggested that Phase Three of the project should be abandoned on foot of issues raised by the PAC.
