(Seguin) – Texas Lutheran Softball, the No. 1-ranked team and defending national champion of NCAA Division III, will host an NCAA Softball Regional this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at TLU’s Ed Kruse Stadium – Morck Softball Field.
The NCAA Division III Softball Committee made the announcement at noon Monday regarding the 48 teams that will compete in the Division III Softball Championship.
Six teams each will compete at the eight regional sites.
The national championship finals, hosted by Old Dominion Athletic Conference and city of Salem, will be held May 27-June 1 at Moyer Park in Salem, Va.
Texas Farmer Finds 5 Young Migrant Girls Dumped On His Property

A farmer in Quemado, Texas says he found 5 young migrant girls dumped on his property this past weekend. Quemado is located in Maverick County and has a population of 243 people according to a 2000 census.
Farmer Jimmy Hobbs gave an interview to Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez who then posted the video to his Facebook page. Hobbs said he was driving along his property line and saw the young girls on the bank of the river: Five little baby girls all by themselves, hungry, crying. One didn t have any clothes on.
