The alleged getaway driver in the fatal shooting of banker Andrea Lowe-Garwood inside a Trelawny church is to return to the Home Circuit Court today.
Accused Leon Hines last appeared in the High Court on February 12.
Hines attorney Michael Hemmings told
Loop News that the defence was in negotiations with the prosecution on a plea deal.
Hemmings said that Hines wants to help the court in the matter and that Hines was confident that whatever arrangement struck would be in his best interest as well.
Hines who was held in Kingston after the shooting is currently in custody.
