My family and I had a package holiday booked for July 2020 to Disney World Florida costing £8,040 through Travel Planners.
The holiday was cancelled the week prior due to the Covid-19 outbreak and we told Travel Planners that we wanted a cash refund, not a credit note.
After waiting four months, I chased again and was told my refund hadn t been processed as I may have tried to use the Chargeback scheme. I hadn t and even if I had, it would have been my right.
I have now waited five and a half months for my money back. What can I do in this situation?

UK lottery winner starts spending £58 million by treating friends to luxury Dubai trip
The EuroMillions winner took his close friends to a dream vacation with first-class flights and high-end booze.

Lottery winner Ryan Hoyle, 38, shared his blessings over the New Year by treating seven friends to a luxury week-long holiday in Dubai. Hoyle won £58 million at the EuroMillions lottery earlier this year, but had to wait several months before he could splurge and celebrate with his friends because of the coronavirus lockdowns.
Hoyle is a self-employed joiner who lived a modest life before winning the lottery back in April. He had previously been able to travel only to Magaluf and Benidorm on the customary stag parties enjoyed by many English men.

THE TMSA Young Trad Tour came together to record an one-off live performance of their highly-acclaimed studio album recorded earlier this year in March. The video, featuring seven of Scotland’s best young musicians, will debut online at 6pm on 31 December.
Their live performance of the album was filmed in late September, in-line with Covid-19 guidelines at the time, at Adelaide’s Church in Glasgow.
