Monty Sabinash, 69, Kensal, N.D., pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C felony. Sabinash was accused of having smoking devices for methamphetamine on July 4 with previous convictions in 2002, 2016 and 2018. Judge Troy LeFevre sentenced Sabinash to one day in the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation with credit for one day served. Sabinash was ordered to undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and complete treatment and to pay a $400 criminal administration fee, $100 defense/facility administration fee and a $25 victim-witness fee.
