THE ROLE: The Development Manager will be responsible for growing, broadening, and sustaining revenue to support the strategic ambitions of Cork International Film Festival. They will be a confident communicator with excellent networking and relationship management skills and have experience delivering significant corporate partnerships and engaging with high-value individual donors. The successful candidate will establish new fundraising opportunities and represent CIFF to external stakeholders, acting as an exemplary ambassador for the organisation. To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated, creative, strategic thinker with a proven track record in the practical side of fund development: researching key prospects; securing introductions; developing and delivering compelling pitches; working with and influencing individuals at senior levels; and building and fostering long-term relationships. You will be passionate about film and have a good knowledge of the arts.
