Property Description
This detached property occupies a superb idyllic secluded site and setting on gardens complete with views of the surrounding countryside. Although now requiring updating but priced competitively, it offers a buyer to put their own stamp on the property.
Located on the Tullyard Road just up from the very popular Drumbo, this property enjoys all the attributes of its secluded mature setting, yet is perfectly located, less than 10 minutes from the Malone Road, Lisburn City Centre, and the Outer Ring providing excellent provincial commuting. Cases have risen across the board, among every age group, ethnicity, gender and locality. Those in their 20s continue to represent the largest pool of positive cases, but numbers of younger people have risen as well. More children under age 9 have been infected (874) than the two oldest groups: those in their 70s (777) and age 80-plus (603).
