CASES heard at Salisbury Magistrates Court: PAUL O’HARA, aged 54, of Juniper Road, Firsdown, pleaded guilty to attempting to drive while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On January 23 O’Hara tried driving a Freelander along Winterslow Road in Salisbury with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. He was banned from holding a driving licence for 12 months. RUSHANE DWAYNE KEATING, aged 27, of Byron Way, Northolt, pleaded guilty to driving with a proportion of drugs in his blood while in Salisbury. On August 14 last year Keating was driving a Seat Leon along Old Malthouse Lane, Ford, with delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol - an ingredient in cannabis - in his blood. With 3.7 microgrammes of drug per litre of blood he was over the limit. Keating was fined £100 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.
