The 58-year-old is accused of posting threats on social media targeting Scott Morrison and Josh Frydenberg last month.
Today, he was arrested at a home in Hillvue and taken to nearby Tamworth Police Station in NSW.

Police charge man with drug offences – Oxley Police District
A man has been charged following an investigation into the alleged supply of prohibited drugs in the state’s north-west.
In April 2020, officers from Oxley Police District’s Proactive Crime Team (PCT), established Strike Force Catkin to investigate the supply of prohibited drugs in the Werris Creek and Tamworth area.
About 9.20am today (Thursday 7 January 2021), strike force officers arrested a 31-year-old man at a home on Henry Street, Werris Creek.
He was taken to Tamworth Police Station and charged with supply prohibited drug, supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, supply cannabis, deal with property proceeds of crime and take/detain person in company with intent to obtain advantage.
