Ross announced that he is a candidate for Moncton’s Ward 1 in the upcoming municipal election, the seat he ran for in the 2016 election. A Moncton native, Ross grew up working at his family’s music store in the city’s downtown before making the transition to Television Broadcast. He enjoyed roles with CBC News, Global News and Discovery Canada, covering provincial and national news. In 1988 Ross returned to Moncton as the Executive Director of Programming for Shaw Communications.
