PEOPLE living in a small Cork village are being urged to check their EuroMillions tickets after a lucky player won the €500,000 Plus prize.
The lucky slip was sold at Ross’s Centra store in Watergrasshill.

The winning EuroMillions Plus numbers for last night s draw were: 02, 09, 15, 23, 46.
Ken Ross has been the owner of the Ross’s Centra store in Watergrasshill for the past 16 years and he said that his first big lottery win was well worth the wait.
He said: “This is some way for one of our customers to beat the January blues.

In the main draw, the lucky numbers pulled were 10, 15, 18, 23, 28, 33 and bonus number of 38.
In the Lotto Plus 1 draw - worth a €1million - the numbers drawn were 17, 20, 29, 33, 37, 42 and a bonus number of 16 - which was one by one lucky Irish punter.
And in the Lotto Plus 2 draw, the winning digits were 4, 8, 10, 35, 40, 46 with a bonus of 7.

Ireland’s newest Lotto millionaire bought their winning ticket in Co Kerry.
A Quick Picket ticket sold at the Fitzgerald Centra filling station in Listowel won Thursday’s 9pm Daily Million draw.
Lotto bosses are urging players to check their tickets as no winner has come forward yet.
The winning numbers drawn were 5, 7, 9, 16, 34, 37 and the bonus number was 21.
