The dessert company recently launched on Goldbelly, an online marketplace carrying regional and artisanal foods, making these gourmet treats available across the U.S. Cookie Rich is the brainchild of chef Lorin Peters, who has worked in such high-profile restaurants such as the Michelin-starred The French Laundry in Napa Valley and Juniper in Austin. Though best known for her savory work inside the kitchen, Peters culinary career took a sweeter direction during the COVID-19 pandemic.
