The North Texas fast-casual chain opened a new spot this month on Airport Freeway in a former Taco Bueno, which closed in December 2018. Chicken Pullita serves half and whole chickens, paired with charro beans, salsa, grilled onions and tortillas. The chickens are cooked on rotisseries over natural pecan wood. Jose Rodriguez, an administrator for the restaurant, said Chicken Pullita takes its cue from restaurants in Mexico known for juicy rotisserie chickens.
