Michigan Teenager Pleads Guilty To Killing 11-Year-Old Sister With Shotgun

A Michigan teenager has pleaded guilty to killing his 11-year-old sister who died after being shot in the head with a shotgun.
Corbin James Redman, 17, was accused of shooting and killing Addison Marie Redman in their Arcada Township home on the morning of August 20 in 2019.
The teenager was just 15 when Addison Redman was shot one time in the head with a 20-gauge shotgun, the Gratiot County Sheriff s Office said at the time.
On Monday, February 1, Corbin Redman pleaded guilty to the crime, WNEM reports. He has been charged with careless or reckless discharge of a firearm.

A group of prominent film industry figures has launched a mission to save ShowRoom Cinema Bradley Beach from the abyss of the COVID-19 pandemic.
They want to rename the space The Bradley and restore a “community-based cinematic experience” for summer 2021.
The group, called Cinema Lab, includes people who are known for playing roles in movies, both on and off-srcreen.
Law enforcement officers ring state capitol buildings nationwide, bracing for protesters and attempted repeats of the storming of the U.S. Capitol last week.
“This is probably the most committed violent extremist of the entire group,” Asst. U.S. Atty. Nils Kessler told the magistrate judge. “There is no question this is a person committed to violent extremism and he is the one who brought the bomb.”
Croft’s lawyer, Joshua Blanchard, objected to the government mentioning the 3 Percenters role in the Capitol riot and said Croft and others accused in the kidnapping plot were simply “airing grievances” and lacked a plan.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – An alleged leader of a plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is expected to make his initial Michigan court appearance on Wednesday, Jan. 13, court records show.
Barry Croft Jr., 44, of Bear, Delaware, is facing arraignment and a detention hearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Sally Berens in Grand Rapids.
Croft, one of six men facing federal charges in the alleged abduction plot, was arrested Oct. 8 in Delaware. He had been held in the Philadelphia Federal Detention Center awaiting transfer to the Newaygo County Jail, which has a contract to house federal prisoners.
