Right-hander Trevor Williams is also part of the deal, according to MLB Network’s Jon Heyman. Outfield prospect Pete Crow-Armstrong is the return going to Chicago, USA Today’s Bob Nightengale reports. The Athletic’s Ken Rosenthal and Jayson Stark (Twitter link) initially reported the two sides were making progress on a trade, with the New York Post’s Joel Sherman tweeting that a pitcher might also be involved as part of the negotiations.
