Police identified the suspects as Chen Shiduan, 47; Chen Lianxing, 37; Joseph Cardona, 52; Benidecto Manicad, 48; Raphael Milanag, 37; and Nida Bagtas , 49. Police rescued Li Le Le, 20, working as a customer service at a Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) company. Prior to the rescue, the Paranaque Sub Station 3 received a complaint from the victim’s friends who claimed that Le was being illegally detained, but they were unable to determine how many suspects were involved.
