PostHog, a San Francisco, CA-based open source product analytics company, raised $12m in Series A funding.
The round was led by GV (formerly Google Ventures), with participation from Y Combinator’s Continuity Fund. PostHog also brought on board Jason Warner (CTO, GitHub) as an investor, joining Solomon Hykes (Founder, Docker) and David Cramer (Founder, Sentry) who participated in the company’s seed round.
The company intends to use the funds to continue building out its product and engineering teams, accelerate the delivery of new platform features, and enhance its PostHog Enterprise offering..

Thursday, 8:15 a.m., deputies arrested Jonathan Crawford Stollings, 32, 900 block of South 400 East, in the 4100 block of North 00 East West, on a warrant for petition to revoke.Â
Thursday, 9:20 a.m., deputies arrested Shannon Elaine Lusher, 43, Peru, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.Â
Friday, 1:40 p.m., officers arrested Jerome Marshall, 19, 1500 block of Schuler Drive, at the same location, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.Â
Friday, 8 p.m., officers arrested Stephanie Irwin, 34, 1100 block of Morningside Drive, in the 1900 block of West Sycamore Street, on charges of neglect of a dependent, a Level 6 felony, being a habitual traffic violator, a Level 6 felony, operating while intoxicated, a Level 6 felony, resisting law enforcement, a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of an accident, a misdemeanor.Â

Scott Callis, 56, was arrested on Dec. 13 at 1:20 a.m. at West Defenbaugh Street and South Dixon Road. He was charged with resisting law enforcement (level 6 felony), possession of marijuana (class B misdemeanor), and driving while suspended (class A misdemeanor).
Chelsea Collier, 31, was arrested on Dec. 12 at 2:22 a.m. at South Washington Street and Lafountain Street. She was charged with operating while intoxicated (class A misdemeanor).
Ryan Durr, 37, was arrested on Dec. 12 at 4:10 a.m. at 5406 Council Ring Blvd. He was charged with possession of marijuana (class B misdemeanor), possession of methamphetamine (level 6 felony), and possession of a scheduled drug (class A misdemeanor).
