A Republican senator from New Hampshire from 1937 until his death in 1961, Henry Styles Bridges was an uncommonly ardent anticommunist and a steadfast defender of the more famous Joseph McCarthy. Bridges is one of the few to have voted against McCarthy’s censure in 1954. He also supported the “witch hunts” which took place during the second “Red Scare” as well as the persecution of gay civil servants during the so-called “lavender scare.”

Kayo has leveraged the duet function on TikTok to help NRL player Luke Keary find a housemate.
The duet functions enables TikTok users to build upon an existing video by recording their own original as it plays alongside. The #KayoHousemate challenge sees Keary, a five-eighth for the Sydney Roosters, asks a series of housemate interview questions in the original video and invites sports fans to interact with him.
By taking up the challenge, fans have the chance to win a 12-month subscription to the sports streaming service.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Kecia Weaver invested six years renovating the Greek Revival building that is home to banquet hall Pavilion on the Terrace. With permits in place and the green light for catered affairs to begin again in New York City on March 15, the historic structure at 404 Richmond Terrace has sprung back to life.
