A Brief History History and Legacy of the Williamsport Community Concert Association The Williamsport Community Concert Association (WCCA) was established in 1928 in response to a growing population and budding arts and cultural scene in northcentral Pennsylvania. Since its founding, the WCCA provided a “source of pleasure, enrichment, and inspiration to area residents by providing an affordable annual series of outstanding performances by world-renowned musical artists.” The WCCA inaugurated an annual concert series that served to build Williamsport’s reputation as a place of significance because of the premier musicians and artists who performed in the city. VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Clarity Gold Corp. (“ Clarity” or the “ Company”) (CSE: CLAR, OTC: CLGCF, FSE: 27G) is pleased to announce that it has completed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement (the “ Offering”) on January 28 th, 2021 pursuant to which it has issued an aggregate of 3,167,340 units (each, a “ Unit”) at a price of $0.96 per Unit for gross proceeds of $3,040,646.40. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a “ Share”) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “ Warrant”). Each Warrant is exercisable into one additional Share at a price of $1.25 per Share for a period of one year from the closing date. The Company received an aggregate of $4,542,044.16 from the first and second tranche of the Offering.

This lowly produce often gets pitched straight into the trash, becoming part of the 80 billion pounds of food waste that rot in US landfills each year.  And yet despite those mountainous piles of food waste, hundreds of millions of people around the world live in hunger. This stark picture compelled James Rogers, a materials scientist in California, to create something that could solve some aspect of the food waste problem. He decided to figure out a way to stop food from spoiling.
