Google Entertainment Space Offers One-Stop Access to Movies, Books on Android Tablets

(Photo via Google) More people may have turned to tablets to help them work from home over the past year, but the portable devices are ideal for staying entertained whether that be watching a film, playing a game, or reading a novel. To simplify that process, Google is launching a new Android tablet experience called Entertainment Space, which offers a one-stop place to access your favorite movies, shows, videos, games, and books. You ll save time and avoid having to hop between apps to try to figure out what to do, whether it s to watch, play, or read, Google Play product manager James Bender wrote in a blog announcement. Once you sign in to your subscriptions app, Entertainment Space will show you your content in one place and tailored for you. And if you want to share your tablet, everyone in the family can have their own personalized profile.

Android tablets get the Google TV experience with Entertainment Space

Google is launching a new Entertainment Space for Android tablets. The new hub brings a Google TV-like layout to separate content based on type. The new Entertainment Space will only be available on select tablets. Google announced its latest experience for Android tablets on Wednesday, dubbed Entertainment Space. Similar to how Kids Space focuses on apps, games, and content for children, Entertainment Space will take a similar approach but for adults. Entertainment Space might look a bit familiar to anyone who owns a Chromecast with Google TV, as it adopts a similar layout with three different sections to separate content; Watch, Games, and Read. The Watch tab gives quick access to shows and movies, with recommendations surfacing from apps like YouTube, Google TV, Twitch, and Hulu.

Peters Royalty was second for Josh Sutton, nearly three lengths behind the winner, while Tango With Me (Ronnie Wrenn, Jr.) was a distant third.

Ohio Sires Stakes Season Opens Sunday | Standardbred Canada

The 2021 Ohio Sires Stakes season kicks off on Sunday (May 2) at Miami Valley Raceway, with three divisions for sophomore fillies. Additionally, four divisions of sophomore colts will race at the same venue on Monday (May 3). Post time both days is 2:05 p.m. ET. A total of 27 fillies will race in OHSS events on Sunday, with one $60,000 division of nine trotters and a pair of $50,000 divisions of pacing fillies with nine contestants each. Likewise, on Monday afternoon, two $50,000 divisions of trotting colts and two $50,000 divisions of pacing colts will line up behind the starting gate. This season the Ohio Sires Stakes nominations are significantly, with 1,071 foals nominated as opposed to 930 in 2020. Of those, 314 are three-year-olds, up from 300 in 2020, while 757 are two-year-olds, up from 630 nominees during the same time period.
