IT should have marked the end of five years of bitter legal wrangling and bust-ups, but Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s split looks far from settled.
Yesterday I told how a judge had handed Brad a major victory in their dispute, agreeing to give him 50/50 custody of their children after she blocked access claiming he had been abusive to their son Maddox on a flight.

But new paperwork filed by Brad reveals the war is far from over after she appealed to have the judge, John Ouderkirk disqualified from their case and his decision overturned.
