I didn t know what was happening, the woman said.

A 47-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a massage business in James City County last week, authorities said.
On Dec. 15, Shawn Lamonte Robinson had reportedly sexually assaulted a 41-year-old woman during a massage appointment at the Massage LuXe, 5239 Monticello Ave., James City County Police Department spokeswoman Stephanie Williams said.
Robinson was the massage therapist “and he assaulted a customer,” said Steve Rubino, JCC PD spokesman.
Williams said Robinson was arrested on Dec. 18 and charged with felony sexual assault, which is listed in state code as object sexual penetration.
He is being held without bond at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
Police to conduct training exercises near Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport
The James City County Police Department plans to conduct training on Wednesday near the Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport and The Williamsburg Winery.

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. Don t be alarmed if you notice a heavy police presence near Lake Powell Road Wednesday.
The James City County Police Department plans to conduct training in that area, which is near the Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport and The Williamsburg Winery.
Training will go from noon until 4 p.m. at a vacant home.
If you re in the area, you ll probably see a lot of police and equipment and you might also hear some loud noises.
Residents near the Williamsburg Winery might hear some loud noises Wednesday.
The James City County Police Department is training at a âuninhabited residenceâ around Lake Powell Road, near The Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport and The Williamsburg Winery.
The training starts at noon and ends at 4 p.m.
âResidents should expect to see an increase in law enforcement personnel and equipment in the area,â according to a police news release. âResidents may hear loud noises throughout the afternoon.â
âThis training is being held as part of the Departmentâs commitment to maintaining well-trained first responders.â
