Charlene Wimbush’s next of kin claims in a suit filed last week that the owner of Owens Funeral Home, Isaiah Owens, retrieved her body from the city Medical Examiner’s Office and performed the unwanted embalming despite the family not signing any paperwork.
Later on, the search to find his missing food truck revealed it had been stolen.
Two days after he reported the case to the police, officers found the truck abandoned over an hour away in Charles County.
According to investigators, the truck was found spray-painted and stripped of both equipment and wires.

A local chef is left wondering about the future after his food truck was stolen from a location in Silver Spring.
CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A food truck that was stolen from Silver Spring on Monday has been located in Charles County, but police are still looking for suspects.
The truck, discovered missing Monday, has ‘Turner’s Beltway Bistro’ emblazoned on both sides.
