SEVIERVILLE — An Ohio man was arrested Friday after allegedly threatening a woman for testifying about an earlier incident and for being around her in violation of an order of protection. Todd James Jeffery, 38, of Tiffin, Ohio, was due to appear in Sevier County General Sessions Court Friday on earlier charges of aggravated domestic assault and kidnapping involving his wife. Albert Biggs, a corporal with the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office, came across the woman in the parking lot outside the courthouse when she said she was afraid to testify against Jeffery.
