EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Marlowe Poaches From Fullers; RM Promotes To CEO Fri, 26th Feb 2021 17:14 (Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News: Marlowe PLC - London-based safety and compliance services and software - Hires Adam Councell as chief financial officer. Councell is finance director of pub and hotel chain Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC. Fullers says that Councell will stay on the board as finance director until a successor has been found and that a search is underway. Marlowe says Councell will join in the second half of its 2022 financial year, meaning October 2021 to March 2022. Councell was CFO at document management company Restore PLC, where he worked with Marlowe Chief Executive Alex Dacre. Prior to that, he was with pest control firm Rentokil Initial PLC. At Marlowe, Councell will replace Mark Adams, who is retiring.
