Secret Bridesmaids’ Business was commissioned by Seven Network in Australia
Channel 4 in the UK, RTÉ in Ireland and TVNZ in New Zealand are among the international broadcasters to have picked up romantic thriller Secret Bridesmaids’ Business.
The 6×60’ series, originally commissioned by Australia’s Seven Network, sees a bride’s perfect wedding turn deadly after one of the bridesmaids unwittingly invites a malevolent stranger into their lives.
Produced by Seven Studios and based on the stage play by Elizabeth Coleman, the series stars Abbie Cornish (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri), Katie McGrath (Supergirl, Jurassic World), Georgina Haig (Snowpiercer, The Crossing) and Alexander England (Little Monsters, Alien Covenant).

Seven Studios miniseries
Secret Bridesmaids’ Business has secured a raft of international sales.
Channel 4 in the UK, RTÉ in Ireland and TVNZ in New Zealand are among the international broadcasters to have picked up the series starring Abbie Cornish, Katie McGrath, Georgina Haig and Alexander England.
Deals have also been secured with SBS in Belgium, HRT in Croatia, Indonesia’s Mola TV, the Netherlands’ Talpa TV and TV4 in Sweden.
Based on a play by Elizabeth Coleman the series is also being adapted by the USA.
