Danny Masterson is asking for more time to defend himself against charges of rape anad he s blaming actress Leah Remini.
Masterson filed papers in Los Angeles this week alleging that Remini’s well-documented campaign against The Church of Scientology is extending to his court case.
According to TMZ, which obtained the documents, Masterson, 45, is claiming Remini pushed for the three women all Jane Does in his case to make reports to the Los Angeles Police Department, with two of them only coming out with their allegations after being urged to by Remini.

BELLEVILLE A couple is alleging they suffered severe food poisoning after eating premade fried chicken from Eddies Travel Center Deli in Mascoutah.
Tishia Duncan and Johnny Duncan filed a complaint April 5 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against SDS Stores Inc., doing business as Eddies Travel Center Deli, John and Jane Does 1-10 and Corporation(s) ABC alleging strict liability, negligence and breach of implied warranty.
The Duncans allege in their complaint that they became ill with food poisoning after eating pieces the chicken they purchased on April 7, 2019, from Eddies Travel Center Deli located on Perrin Road in Mascoutah.
The plaintiffs claim that in the early morning hours of April 8, 2019, they suffered nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever and were treated for gastroenteritis at Memorial Hospital. EASTPARK, Ky. â On July 18, 2020, a couple of hunters were making some preparations for the fall on a piece of land they leased on the edge of Boyd County, up at the Industrial Parkway.
The week prior, according to authorities, they had smelled something rancid, perhaps a dead animal. This time, they followed the stench â thatâs when Boyd County Coroner Mark Hammond said they found a human buttocks sticking out of the ground.
On top of the buttocks was a bit of rock and the charred remnants of a fire, according to Hammond. Kentucky State Police Detective Matthew Boarman said that fire could have been from any number of scenarios â evidence disposal, trying to conceal a smell or lit by people who didnât even know there was a human body underneath it.

HOUSTON - Deshaun Watson’s attorney has filed a response to the civil lawsuits against the Houston Texans quarterback.
There are 22 lawsuits against Watson in which women accuse him of assault and harassment during massage sessions.
In the response filed Monday, Watson denies the allegations and claims in the lawsuits.

The response also states that since learning the accusers’ identities, his legal team has already uncovered evidence that numerous allegations in this onslaught of cases are simply not true or accurate.
