Ingeborg Fisher (nee Pieper) was reunited with her husband Thomas Monday, Jan. 11, 2021. She was born in Bremerhaven, Germany, where she was raised and where she met and married her husband Tom. Inge followed him to America, and they settled in West Babylon, Long Island, N.Y., where they worked and raised their family.
Inge worked as an assembler in a plant that made parts for the military, ultimately working her way up to become the supervisor of her department. Upon retirement, she and Tom moved to Whiting, N.J. Several years ago, Inge made her final move to Lewes, where she spent her remaining years living with her daughter Janet.

My family got together last night in Colonie to bring some Christmas cheer to my brother and wife who have been ‘isolated’ since the start of COVID and will not be seeing anyone on Christmas Day. We surprised them, sang Christmas carols and had a viola and violin duet.
