13 NEWARK, New Jersey Team 4 of Joint Task Force Civil Support has finished their 8-week deployment in support of the federal vaccine response. They arrived to support the federal pilot Type 4 Community Vaccination Center (CVC) at St. Matthew AME Church in City of Orange and the federal pilot Type 4 CVCs at Raphael Hernandez Elementary School and Jehovah Jireh Praise & Worship Church Center, both in Newark, New Jersey on March 11 and since then have spent their time serving the local communities.
The team of 23 service members was comprised primarily of Soldiers from various duty stations as well as six Sailors. In two months, they were able to administer approximately 16,500 COVID-19 vaccines to community members.

DUNCAN, Okla. (TNN) - The Stephens County District Attorney has declined to file charges after an investigation into the Duncan City Council.
The OSBI investigated the Council in March at the request of Duncan Police in regards to a violation of the Open Meetings Act after a meeting that took place Oct. 27, 2020.
After reviewing the reports and interviews, District Attorney Jason Hicks concluded that three Duncan City Council members gathered just after a scheduled meeting had ended to discuss the possibility of holding a special meeting.

DUNCAN, Okla. (TNN) - The OSBI is investigating a meeting of the Duncan City Council.
Officials with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation say they are looking into a meeting that took place on October 27th.
They opened an investigation at the request of Duncan Police in regards to a violation of the Open Meetings Act.
OSBI officials have wrapped their investigation and submitted a report to the District Attorney’s office.
The details of the investigation have not been released.
