Deputies arrested a Lyons man on a bench warrant after an investigation into a domestic incident.
The warrant was issued out of Lyons Town Court after Jason Morahan, 47, failed to appear on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
Those charges stemmed from a domestic incident that happened in December.
Morahan was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Deputies say Jason Morahan, 47, of Lyons was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
It’s alleged that Morahan pushed a female victim while in the presence of her 12-year-old child.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
