The family of Jayme Closs this weekend release a statement ahead of the two-year anniversary of her escape from her abductee.
On Jan. 10, 2019, the then 13-year-old Closs escaped from a home in Gordon, Wisconsin, where she had been held for almost three months by Jake Patterson, the man who had killed her parents in Barron, Wisconsin, and who has since been sentenced to life in prison.

BARRON, Wis. Sunday marks two years since Jayme Closs escaped after 88 days in captivity and returned home.
