Sens. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff of Georgia were set to introduce the bill Monday along with Baldwin, they told The Associated Press. Congressional Democrats are pushing for a coverage expansion in upcoming legislation.

Kemp’s office says it was surprised to hear federal officials were reevaluating its plan to overhaul how state residents buy health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
