Apr 5, 2021 11:00 AM REO Speedwagon frontman Kevin Cronin and Jerry Harrison of Talking Heads are among dozens of artists who will perform during a streaming festival this week hosted by the website Consequence of Sound that will support of independent music venues affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The virtual event, dubbed Protect Live Music , will be held this Friday and Saturday, April 9 and 10. It will raise money for the National Independent Venue Association, or NIVA.
