Katherine Jackson is strongly suggesting she was tricked into traveling to Arizona last month and blocked from communicating with Michael Jackson s three kids this according to a sworn declaration by Katherine herself, filed Thursday (Aug. 2).
The 82-year-old told the court that she was originally scheduled to travel by car to New Mexico to see her sons, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon perform at a concert in Albuquerque.
However, the day before her departure (July 14). a doctor was brought to her house, stating he had been in contact with my longtime personal physician and was coming to check on me because my personal physician was unavailable.

Early Thursday morning (5 A.M. EST), Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson arrived home, safe and sound, with a police escort. after disappearing almost two weeks ago on July 15.
The happy reunion concludes an exhausting chapter of public family feuding, during which L.A. Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff temporarily suspended Jackson as the guardian of her son Michael Jackson s three children (Prince, Paris, and Blanket).
In her place, Tito Jackson s 34-year-old son, TJ, was granted temporary custody.
The judge noted that Katherine had been prevented from doing her guardianship duties by intentional act from third parties, which are said to be Janet, Randy and Jermaine Jackson, TMZ reports.

LOS ANGELES (AP) Katherine Jackson, the mother of Michael Jackson and guardian of his three children, is safe and with a family member in Arizona, authorities said late Sunday, one day after another relative reported her missing.
Los Angeles Sheriff s Deputy Mark Pope said investigators made contact with Jackson, but he did not have specifics on her whereabouts. The agency previously said they believed she was with a relative and safe, but wanted to speak with her.
