ââCarolyn T. Summers, 84, Belmond, died June 12, 2021 at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 19 at 2 p.m. at Ewing Funeral Home in Belmond, with Pastor Dave DeKuiper officiating. Burial will be at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, Belmond. Visitation will be Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
ââCarolyn was born Oct. 27, 1936, the fifth child of John and Grace Jones. During her first year she was not expected to survive, but she did. She grew up to be a strong woman, and on March 27, 1953 she married Robert Summers and was blessed with five children: Antoinette (Toni), Linda, Duane, Richard and Mitchell.
