There will be a new look to the Senedd when it meets again in the coming days.
Londoners will be heading to the polls on 6 May to elect a mayor plus 25 London Assembly members. The election was meant to take place in May last year, but was postponed due to the pandemic. Normally, elections take place every four years - and more than six million people in London are registered to vote. Voters can pick a first and a second preference for Mayor. The candidates with least votes are knocked out and their second preferences.

Then known as Assembly Members, Neil Hamilton, Michelle Brown, Gareth Bennett, Caroline Jones, Nathan Gill, Mark Reckless, and David Rowlands all took their seats in the Senedd.
