Michael Sun Hwang, 30, and William Tyler Andrews, 20, both from El Paso, were arrested on suspicion of online solicitation of a minor.
Hwang was booked into the El Paso County April 22 and his bond was set at $5,000. He posted bail the same day, jail logs show.
Andrew was booked into the El Paso County Jail on April 19 and his bond was set at $10,000. He posted bail April 21, according to jail logs.
The eight men arrested on suspicion of soliciting prostitution were:
Alejandro Junior Bustamante, 24, of El Paso
Jose Luis Mora, 55, of El Paso
Edward Spencer Manuel III, 45, of El Paso
Albert Lee Sandoval, 61, of Las Cruces

However, the shipâs newest Sailors soon learn that there is another, much more coveted item, which they must earn the right to wear: the Oscar Austin uniform patch for the Type III Navy Working Uniform.
Embracing the concept of warrior toughness and in order to build greater resiliency, self-sufficency, and trust in their shipmates, new DDG 79 Sailors are tested during a crucible-style training event at the completion of command indoctrination. This crucible is designed to test the functional knowledge and core skills learned during indoctrination, regardless of rank, rate, or time in the Navy. This event sets the Oscar Austin standard for every Sailor.
Pop-up vaccination sites continue in Ventura County
OXNARD, Calif. – Ventura County officials say they are still seeing lower numbers of people signing to get vaccinated. To boost numbers the county is rolling out pop-up vaccine sites in different areas.
Ventura County public health workers are going door to door letting people know a vaccine pop-up site is in their community.
“We do have a team out right now,” said Hannah Edmondson, a nurse for Ventura County Public Health. “They are going from door to door letting residents in the community know that we are here and we are available, and that they do not need an appointment. They can just come over right now and get a vaccine.”
