Thomas Markle, Meghan’s father, is known to now have a fractured relationship with the Duchess of Sussex. He told Good Morning Britain on Tuesday after watching the Sussexes’ bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey that “this is actually the first time I’ve heard her speak in about four years”. Meghan also briefly mentioned to Oprah that “I lost my father”, although she does not expand on the details of their fallout.
