A date has been set for an inquest into the death of a much-loved grandmother following an crash on the A143.
Jennifer Potter died after being hit by a car on the road at Ditchingham on October 2, 2020.
A pre-inquest review was held into the death of the 61-year-old mother-of-two, who was born in Bungay and was a grandmother-of-seven, on Tuesday, March 9 at Norfolk Coroner s Court.
Police, air ambulance and the fire service were called to the A143 following a collision between a car and scooter.

Outreach team for suicide survivors in need of volunteers

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) -Earlier this month, Amarilloâs LOSS team, which stands for Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors, became the 4th active team in the whole state of Texas.
âWhat we do is, our supervisor and patrol have all been trained that once that is determined to be a suicide that they contact the LOSS team,â said Carla Burr, sergeant for APD. âThey respond to the scene and is there for all of that we donât think about that family or family members are going through.â

A 73-year-old man who died after being hit by a lorry on the A143 has been named.
John Charles Brighton died following the collision at Earsham in the early hours of Sunday, November 29.
Senior coroner Jacqueline Lake opened an inquest into his death at Norfolk Coroner s Court on Thursday, December 24, where she said the medical cause of death was multiple injuries following a road traffic collision.

Mr Brighton, who worked as a mechanic, was born in July 1947 in Newton Flotman.
