SOME SAY THE ONLINE FORMS ARE UNCLEAR AND ARE CONFUSED BY THE FOLLOW-UP SCHEDULING EMAIL BECAUSE IT DOESN’T COME FROM THE STATE. THE EMAIL COMES FROM THE CDC AND THE VACCINE ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, OR VAMS. BECAUSE OF THE CONCERNS THE STATE THEN SENT OUT A TIPS EMAIL TO HELP NAVIGATE THE PROCESS.
