LIMA A Delphos woman charged with three counts of selling methamphetamine to undercover law enforcement agents accepted a deal from prosecutors on Wednesday.
Dianna Backus, 39, was indicted by a grand jury in April on charges of second-, third- and fourth-degree felony counts of aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine.
The indictment alleges that Backus sold or offered for sale various amounts of meth in June and July of last year.
The Ohio Criminal Sentencing Commission would enable common-pleas judges to electronically determine a felony sentencing, aiming to reduce bias and errors. But some judges worry the system will diminish judicial independence.
(4 out of 5 stars) I liked the movie so much, I was ecstatic to see that Nathan Lane performs the full version of Can That Boy Fox Trot on the soundtrack. Is the man wonderful or what? He s not only one of the most consistently hilarious actors, but that boy can SING! I also listen to Little Dream at least 5 times a day, it s sweet and lush and beautiful. The rest of the music is memorable too, especially the less-well-known pieces like Mi Guajira by Cachao & the Family Salsa .
