Network Homes has said, however, that the total spend over the four years could vary considerably. The current state of the market, uncertainties in Network Homes’ own pipeline and the possibility of other social housing providers using the framework were cited as factors that could affect its spending.
Network Homes aims to deliver 5,000 new homes over the next five years and has 18 projects currently on site, it said. When completed, the units will be added to the stock of 20,000 homes the association owns and manages across London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and the South East.
In 2018, the association formed a partnership with Laing O’Rourke and Stanhope to deliver up to £2bn of new schemes using offsite methods.
The Hydrogen Council’s aim is to accelerate the adoption of clean energy.
